Vikas Rai Chauhan RCIC-IRB, is the Director and Principal Immigration Consultant at Aware Immigration inc. based in Toronto, Canada. He is a Licensed and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, with License number R731462 at the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC- the College). Vikas has met stringent educational standards and is a member in good standing of the College. He is able to represent you at Board and tribunals of IRCC – Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship, Canada, and IRB – Immigration and Refugee Board, Canada. He is also licensed to adjudicate your cases at Immigration Division- ID, Immigration Appeal Division- IAD, Refugee Protection Division- RPD and Refugee Appeal Division- RAD.
Vikas is also appointed as the Commissioner of taking Oaths and Affidavit by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
He is a member of the CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants), a professional body. He is also a part of Committees at CAPIC.

Vikas Rai Chauhan completed his Post Graduate Law program, specializing in Immigration and Citizenship Law, from the Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada,where he was conferred with the GDipICL- Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. He was the President and Member of the Student Council of the program at the Queen’s University. He also volunteers his time in helping the larger student body of future Immigration practitioners.
He is a lifelong learner, and is updated with the latest in the immigration and the global trends. He has completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with Honors from YEDI, Toronto, Canada. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmadabad, India, where he sharpened his Managementacumen (AGMP 2006-07), highly creative & self-motivated with excellent management skills. He also completed his Real Estate Licensing course from the Humber College, Canada. He has also done his Bachelors in Hotel management from Bangalore University, India.
